Alexis Edwards, originally from Chicago, lovingly manages and decorates the condos at Bobby's and has been a Baja homeowner for many years. She finds this area known as the Gold Coast of Baja irresistible and the never tires of her nightly ritual…a glass of good Baja wine while enjoying the beauty of sunset over the Pacific Ocean.

Her company, Lexann Property Management has managed vacation rentals in California and Baja since 1992.

Her partner, Bobby MacMurray, the Bobby of Bobby’s Baja, left his home state of New York drawn by the great climate, opportunity and freedom found in Baja. Together they have a total of 50 years in Baja giving them a deep knowledge and appreciation of the area and the Mexican culture. Their condo resort, done in three stages, was designed and built by a local, well-known quality builder, Roberto Moreno. All of the one and two bedroom villa/casita homes listed on the web site are individually owned, well cared for, tastefully decorated and enjoyed by owners and visitors alike.
